Most commercial packages come with the tutorials and documentation. A tutorial is an instruction book or program that helps in learning the software properties is called tutorials while the software documentation is the information that describes the user guide and provides a graphical description of the program. There can be web based software applications. The first thing that we see at the screen is the user interface that allows you to communicate or interact with the computer. Special purpose key are used to enter, delete and edit data that is used to execute commands. For example esc key is used to cancel all the operations running on the computer and the enter key is used to open a document. Free ware software is used to be free and share ware software is shared by different people in the organization. Finally five examples of application software are MS office, antivirus, firewall, messenger and calculator.
